If you want to add a brand to the Davruna Marketplace, follow these steps to submit a brand request:

1. Prepare the Required Information

   • Brand Name: Ensure you have the brand name ready.
   • Brand Logo: Upload a logo image with dimensions 120x80 pixels. The logo must not contain any inappropriate content.
   • Meta Title: Create a meta title for your brand.
   • Meta Description: Write a meta description for your brand.

2. Submit a Brand Request Ticket

   • Navigate to the Ticket Submission Form: Go to https://support.davruna.com/customer/ticket.
   • Subject: Enter "Brand Request" as the subject of your ticket.
   • Category: Select "Sales & Services" from the category dropdown menu.
   • User Type: Select "Seller" as the user type.
   • Other Part of the Ticket: Choose "Brand Request".

3. Complete the Ticket Form

   • Description: In the description field, include the meta title and meta description for your brand.
   • Upload File: Upload the brand logo. Ensure the file size is no more than 3MB.
   • Agree to Terms of Service: Check the box to agree to the terms of service.
   • Create Ticket: Click on the "Create Ticket" button to submit your request.

Note: Please make sure that all information provided is accurate and that the brand logo adheres to Davruna's content guidelines.

By following these steps, you can successfully submit a brand request for review and approval on the Davruna Marketplace.
