Davruna Marketplace is committed to keeping our platform safe for everyone. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is illegal and strictly prohibited on Davruna. If you encounter any content you believe may be CSAM, it is important that you report it immediately so we can take action.
Gather Relevant Information
Copy the URL(s) of the product, listing, or profile containing the suspected content.
Note any additional information that may help our team investigate, such as account name or description.

Include all relevant links and details in your message.
Subject line suggestion: “Report of Suspected CSAM”.
Do not attempt to download, forward, or store CSAM content. This is illegal and can put you at risk. Only send the URLs and relevant information to our support team.
Immediate Danger
If a child appears to be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately (e.g., dial 112 or 199 in Nigeria).
Manual Review by Our Staff: All reported content and any flagged material undergo a manual review by our trained staff.
Removal & Preservation: Confirmed CSAM is removed from the platform, and a secure copy is preserved with limited access for law enforcement investigations.
Reporting to Authorities: Davruna reports confirmed CSAM to the Nigerian Police Force (Cybercrime Section), NAPTIP, and, where relevant, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) through our partnership with Cloudflare.
Investigation Cooperation: We cooperate fully with authorities and provide preserved evidence when requested.
Users cannot report CSAM directly on the platform; sending an email to [email protected] is the only correct way to alert Davruna to harmful material.
You can also report content that violates Davruna’s Terms & Conditions, even if it is not CSAM, using the same email method.
